Registration on our website is completely optional. If a customer chooses to register, the registration form requires contact information such as name, e-mail address and/or mailing address, if applicable. Providing demographic information (such as zip code, age, or income level) is completely optional. We use this data for internal purposes and also to tailor a customer's experience. Any information a customer provides us will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties without permission. In the event of lost and found pet submission notices and pet adoption requests, the customer, by clicking the Submit button, authorizes us to share the information provided through the online form with our OFTAnet for the purpose of finding the lost/found pet's guardian or to request a pet adoption. When contact information is required, we have the option of denying service if such contact information is not provided.
