Modeling the One-Two-ChaChaCha Snuggle is Madeline, a petite 4 year old, 4 pound Chihuahua at the Multnomah County Animal Services, Troutdale, Oregon. Isn't she gorgeous? Madeline is waiting for her forever home. If that home is yours, make an appointment to visit.
